Together, they provide strategic direction, manage organizational operations and support the implementation of initiatives designed to create sustainable opportunities for communities.
The Board of Directors provides strategic guidance, governance and oversight to ensure that YEES Tanzania fulfils its mission responsibly and effectively.

Chief Director
Philip provides leadership to the Board and guides the organization's strategic direction, governance and institutional development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education and has experience in education, supervision and community-based programmes.
Vice Chairperson
Clementina supports the Board Chairperson and contributes to governance, organizational decision-making and community-focused initiatives.
Board Secretary
Secretary General
Melckzedeck coordinates Board records, official communication, meeting documentation and administrative follow-up. He holds a Diploma in General Agriculture and has experience in agricultural extension, farmer training and agribusiness development.

Zaituni supports the Board in overseeing financial accountability, budgeting and responsible management of organizational resources. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education and has experience in accounting and financial administration.

Mjuni contributes to Board decisions, community engagement and the advancement of the organization's mission.

The Management Team is responsible for daily operations, programme coordination, administration and financial management. The team implements the direction approved by the Board and supports the delivery of the organization's programmes.

Wilard provides executive leadership and oversees the strategic direction, operations and programmes of YEES Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and has experience in project management, education and organizational administration.
Organization Manager
Roza coordinates the organization's daily operations, internal administration and implementation of institutional plans and programmes. She holds a Bachelor of Arts with Education from the University of Dar es Salaam.
Accountant
Nickson manages financial records, analysis and reporting to support accountability and responsible use of organizational resources. He holds a Diploma and Certificate in Accountancy and has professional experience in accounting and business development.
